Part 2 of the Picture of the Week! Different Civic, and with different Hiro rims. These are the V3's if I'm not mistaken. If I'm wrong, let me know as a comment. Sorry for the small size and the quality, as I said earlier, was taken with a regular film camera and later scanned on a average scanner. But you can clearly tell by the date, taken in 1994. Over 15 years ago. I still think the way this car is executed and done would still turn heads if driven on the road today.
